Processing Time
All items are custom-made. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays, Live events), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time & Carriers
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.
We ship via USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Bling Barn Hat Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Bling Barn Hat Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate next steps.
Custom Orders
Because all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to shipping delays or carrier issues once the item has left our hands.
