No Returns & No Exchanges Policy

At Bling Barn Hat Company, LLC, every item is custom-made to order and designed specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

 

 

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

 


  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Personal preference after delivery
  • Custom design choices approved by the customer

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.

 


🧢 Custom & Personalized Items

 

All hats and accessories are created based on customer-selected options (including patches, colors, placements, and styles). By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your selections.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at amandasblingbarn@gmail.com with:


  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging

We will gladly review the situation and, if the error is ours, provide a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

Once an order has shipped, Bling Barn Hat Company, LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
